Dearest Mrs Graves,

I am sure you have heard the expression that if mamma ain't happy, ain't nobody happy. Wouldn't it be so much easier for you to be happy if your husband were happy? He is a devoted family man, and thinks nothing of giving of himself for others, but he needs some time to himself. This time would make him happy, and has great potential to affect the happiness of the entire Graves family. If you work it right, he could make you VERY happy, if you know what I'm sayin.

All he asks is a weekend to himself. Is one weekend too much to give your loving husband. One weekend where he doesn't have to chauffer kids, work on projects around the house, or do anything for anyone else. One weekend for him to spend time doing something that he not only loves, but needs to be done so he can maintain the fitness level that he has worked so hard to achieve. This one weekend could potentially lower his blood pressure, increase his stamina, again if you know what I'm sayin, and lead him to live a longer healthier life.

Therefore I am requesting that you grant him this weekend, and soon.

But i need to learn all about kidneys!!! PS...I learned this weekend tat you can induce something called Syndrome of inappropriate ADH via endurance events...water rentention!!! aaaaaa....been peein sooooo much over the last 2 days getting rid of all te water!!!

That's why you aren't to take nsaids during endurance events, correct?

You won't retain any information if your brain is fried. Take a break.

Yes, stress, pain, nsaids, some oter drugs all increase ADH which holds onto water...all 3 of those occured last weekend! haha 

I have been torn whether I should take my arthritis medicine before a race or not because of this.

Depends...you def should be more vigilant with takin in electrolytes...rather than just water. hyponatremia causin severe problems is relatively rare...but you def dont want to be pushin yourself too much over the line of diluting your lytes out when your body is already holding on to more water...its a balance 

I think I will balance it by drinking a margarita tonight!

Im takin my comp to te comp store on fri after my test to et my keyboard caned....its ettin worse...as you all can tell from tis passae...sometime e, i, o dont work too...no backspace...aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa....lol....i ave to jam my keys down to et it to work...but i need my comp to study off of till fri...ten tey ave 2 days max to fix it before im off to victoria...
