Anything good going on today? Exciting bone density test. I think it is just a quick xray of spine. I don't think I have any issues. I was not completely sedentary even before I started tri-ing. However, my mom had pretty severe osteoporosis so I guess they are just checking. Then a pretty full day of work and an evening meeting right after. So today is a "rest" day! |
