Subject: RE: Ghoulies HMs and margaritasI'm going to tell you something I did. I think I did the right thing, others may disagree. My mom told me when they were over for Thanksgiving that a cousin of mine KK wrote a woe is me letter to Ellen Degeneres asking for help. She said that she was forced into a life of drugs and crime, and no one was ever there for her. That's a total load of BS. My cousin was spoiled rotten. Her parents gave her everything. Her grandparents gave her everything. And she had a great grandmother, who was wealthy, who gave her everything. Between the ages of 16-18 her parents bought her 5 cars. 5!!! She totaled 4 of them, hence buying 5 cars. Her car insurance was more a month than my car payment. She was given a house by her dad, her parents divorced. She went through the attic of the house and sold items that were her great grandfathers, her dad was storing them there. She robbed a pizza hut where she worked after hours. She committed armed robbery in MD, she robbed a convenience store with her girlfriend. Her parents paid all her legal expenses. She is 30 now. She recently graduated from college. She majored in Forestry. The only forestry jobs you can get around here are with the state and federal governments. You can't get a gov't job with a criminal record. She was not forced into anything. She made bad choices. There are people in the world who truly do need help. She is not one of them. I wrote to the Ellen Degeneres show and told them this. She doesn't deserve help because she isn't down and out, she still lives in the house her dad gave her, and her mother pays her bills, and the letter she sent is lies. |
