*sigh*

I lost my car.

You like, misplaced it?

Check your pants pockets from yesterday, and the couch cushions. Oh, and the refrigerator.

It got towed.  Now I can't find it.  The strangest thing is, I'm not mad yet.  I should be mad right?

I like your story too.  I parked downtown at a friend's place last night.  I parked with everyone else along this one street.   There was a sign that said you had to move your car by 6am.  I didn't know they MEANT IT!  I looked out the balcony at 7am and it was gone.  GONE!

And you ended up taking the walk of shame.

Nope.  No walk of shame here.  Never done that actually.

So get this... I called the Denver impound and they don't have it.  They gave me a number to some other joint and said sometimes they just move it to another location in a 4 block radius to get it off that street.  Tried to call them but they don't open until 9am.  2 more minutes.....

Well you're not very much fun.

I was proud when I took the walk

Of course you were.  Maybe one day I will.  Then I will think of you and hold my head up high!

Soooooo ... it's one after the hour -- did you get ahold of them. I'm in suspense over here!!!

Oh and we've ALL done the walk of shame, whether you admit it or not. For guys it's not so bad, but women -- when they're trolling the parking lot on the way to their car at 7:15 a.m. in a little black dress carrying high heels with their hair all frazzled, you just KNOW that they got rocked the night before. All you can do is say hello and hope it was good.

I'm sorry, Schwamm ... I meant to say is `Every PATRIOT has done the walk of shame ...' which leads to my next question:

Why do you hate America?

Yes.  One I've been so fortunate as to see.  Ugh.  There is one funny part when they're ordering drive thru...that's about it.  =

Oh hell.  They found it.  No it isn't in some impound lot somewhere... they moved it a couple blocks away from where it was and put a ticket on it.  It is completely accessible.  If I HAD taken the walk of shame (and extended walk, mind you) I would have found it!!!!

Now how am I going to get to it....

Hmm ... this IS a triathlon board. You could run, or bike, or maybe even swim, depending on where it is.

It's 15 miles away and I'm wearing heels.
