First is August 2004, about 215 lbs. 2nd is June 2005, before the MS150, weight about 190's. Third is August 2005, Pineman Triathlon, weight about 185's. I might be able to round up a pic from one of my recent races, and I will definatly have some after my June marathon. Here's one from two years ago. Not too big of a difference now. haha, she IS but it isn't a pub, it's just the student's union, so we go for CHEAP over good. The lad in the pic was drinking guiness though. And Armagh is the correct spelling |

That's not my graduation picture, that's my sorority composite (formal portrait) picture from last year! That drape (really just a black dress with one of my sisters squatting behind holding it!) hids a fair bit of flab. And it isn't quite my island...I'm American, Pennsylvanian to be more precise. I'd love to live here, but for right now, study abroad will have to do. I can't wait to go to Scotland though, doing it in a few weeks, where did you go? |

Champion 10154 Alabama | Subject: RE: BEfore & after photos We started in London then went to Edinburg, then up to the north country - the highlands - then over to the eastern coast, back down to Glasco and then back to London. The highlights of the trip were Edinburg Caste, Sterling Castle, Loch Ness and Elin Dolin Castle. I just love castles! This summer we went to Norway and saw Auckeshus Castle in Oslo. Any good 1/2 iron triathlons in Ireland that I can use as an excuse to go there? ~Mike |

(wrestled in high school 4 yrs. before at 140, weighed about 160 only 6 mos. before) just the other day. I don't think it was quite 212, but I'm looking for the picture (under lock and key) affectionately known as the "Beached Whale Pic" and although technically it will be an after, I'm still a work in progress but I'll post one. It's probably wrong, but I'm going to use this thread alone as leverage for the wife to loosen up the purse strings on some tri gear. It's just a photo of me laughing with one of the girls in my wave before the start of my first tri. (Pleasant Prairie, 2003.) Why were my ears sticking out of my cap? No before and after photos... I was acutally quite scrawny before I started tri training. I had been really sick for quite a few months, and I lost a LOT of weight. I actually gained 12 pounds right away when I started training. Member 44 Toronto, ON | Subject: RE: BEfore & after photos Well, I only started training in the middle of March and only got a little serious in May, but here's a picture of me at my biggest (just over 200) last November with me a couple weeks ago at 185. I've dropped another five since then and I'm actually starting to feel really good. Not just physically, but I'm feeling a lot better about myself. I'm smaller than I've been in years and I'm starting to do things I never thought I'd be able to do. First, because it has provided quite an inspiration to me through these past months when I started training to lose weight. And second, because when I started I promised myself that I'd work hard enough that I could post to this thead after my first tri. So here they are, the before is August 2005, and the current (can't really call it after since I still have some to go) is finishing the Green Bay Triathlon, June 4, 2006.
