I did a 6 AM schwimmy-schwim this morning.  Yay, the heaters were all working and the water was toasty warm!

I fired a return shot across the bow of the Chocolate Peeps last night!  Kind-hearted banter, so to speak!

Hi team

I am back at work after spend 1 ½ days on a very boring seminar

I did get in a late evening spin last night so I am at 55% now And ahead of schedule, but I will be going to Denmark in the end of Marts, and the stay might be extended to a whole week, and then I am not really ahead anymore And we have friends coming from Germany, spending Easter here. But I will not let the team down !!!!!!!! I will get to goal……somehow

I have a 10k race tonight, it is the 6th and last in our winter night run competition (1 hilly 10k run every month), and I am in 2nd place in my AG but just 1 point ahead of the next guy and we are normally very close, so it will be very interesting. And for the first time this year it looks like we will actually be running on the pavement and not snow and ice We are having very warm weather right now +4°c (39°F) so every thing is looking good for fast times tonight …………

I haven't been getting many workouts in this week.  At least it's taper week for me.    I have an 8k on Saturday and a half-marathon on Sunday.  The weather is looking great for this weekend!

Well I got 40 mins on the trainer last night, just chipping away at the hours. Weekends are definitely my time where I can get a good amount of hours clocked up even if I don't get out so much during the week! And its Easter next weekend so that gives us 4 days of riding, woot!

I was able to knock out another 8 miles biking after work today then did a brick run of a little over 2 miles for giggles.  This is supposed to be a light week (training-wise), but the weather has been too nice!

I'm at 41% and the Peep Army rolls onto 45%!

Hi Army Peepers

Had an ok race last night, I ran my fastest time 39:10 (unofficial) on that course (there are some nasty hilly) so pretty happy with that, but the best part was that I secured 2nd place overall in my AG I never saw the guy I was competing against BUT he only finished 3 seconds behind me So he most have been running like a madman on the last k. He is fast !!! but not fast enough

Great job with the race Mesteren. (have to go see if you did a Race Report)

Today is a rare No Ride day for this kid. I have a speedwork session in a few minutes and will surely be way to trashed afterward for any sort of meaningful ride.

I am not worried about making it as I am still quite a ways ahead of schedule with my goal. Gonna get back at it tomorrow and should be close to 60% by the half way point in the month.

Now it is off for my weekly sufferfest

Have a nice weekend everyone.

Got an hour on the trainer today due to local storms and rain.  I'm at 48.9% and The Peep Army is at 49%.

Our 6 year old and I went and saw "Horton Hears a Who" together today.  Had a lot of fun together.

Hello Army!

I put in a solid 13km as a part of my second last triathlon for the season. I was aiming for a place today and I was sadly overtaken on the run.

I placed 4th.  Not bad considering I was the last person out of the water by 10 seconds in my wave.

But that doesn't matter... I got a SERIES placing!!!! YAY!!!!! 3rd for the series in my age group! My first series trophy!!!! O_O!
