Why would eating an apple make you mad? The texture is annoying, then on top of THAT I seem to attract apple peel between my teeth. THEN I'M SO MAAAAAD! So...I don't eat em if I can help it. Which generally speaking, I can. yep, like I thought... freak.

I always use Ryder for my power units and Penske is always trying to get me to switch to them, which I won't because their shop here stinks and they don't do a good job of CS (in my town, many of the managers in other towns love Penske). Anyway - the sales guy here is a dude, and he's a nice enough guy, but he has never been able to make any headway with me. So, the sales person from Omaha is a woman, and she is pretty attractive. Every time they want to make a sales call to me, they bring her in with them. It cracks me up. "Thanks for the peep show fellas, but I think I'll stay where I'm at." I must give off some weird vibe. Maybe it is because my sales person for Ryder is female, but it hasn't always been that way. The guy that was here before me was named Jon and maybe he had a tendency to be influenced by the ladies and that is what they are thinking, getting me confused with him because our names are similar. |

After I've bid on it, I'm looking at where it will ship from and recognize the obscure city name. So I did a forum search in the classifieds and, sure enough, it was Daremo's bike. So, now I'm really pumped because 1. I know it will ship promptly, 2. I know that it was well cared for, and 3. I know that I'm giving the money to someone I know. |

It's a play on words. The acid found in apples is called malic acid. The Latin name for apple is malum, which is derived from the Latin word for wicked or evil (malus), because the apple is usually seen as an evil fruit (Adam and Eve, Snow White). Hence the acid in the apple makes you mean. |
