Newbies learn slow, but just keep experimenting and things happen.....

Hm, so you're the cause of this?

No, that was my precocious 19 month old... found some of Daddy's tools and went to work.

No, that's actually for the month -- I work and have a family -- so I took the planned training and divided it by 2.  (That way, hopefully later in the month I can increase my goals instead of having to go to Dee with my hat in my hand, begging for mercy!)

Better than me! I had combat swimming during "adult swim" -- too many adults milling about in the pool, as well as those who wanted to swim, they were zigzag swimming.  argh!  I got out after 200 it was too painful to swim in that.

Hey!  back off! some of us newbie sprint-lengthers don't have 60+ mile rides, 2 hour runs, and 300 yard swim warmups

Subject: RE: Team Post Padding (Four-Is-More Challenge)
Hey team!

I have been so slack on the post-padding (my apologies)...I'll try to pick back up tonight (gotta teach in 10 minutes).

As far as mileage, I ran 3.57 miles this morning & will hit the pool this afternoon. I'm in a bit of a taper for my tri on Sunday, but after that, it's bombs away!

Have a great day!
