Subject: RE: Momo's Group - (CLOSED)We had a local endurance sports symposium, met Sarah Haskins(2008 Olympian)and got lots of great info yesterday. I am sure that I want to do some testing to get better HR zones. I have been using the 220-age and I the more I have been HR training, the more I would like to make sure my zones are good. I live right next door to a nice sports performance center and they offer both test ($150 each) not sure I need both test. I posted the question to the general tri forum and look forward to seeing the responses I get. As for the power meter - I have heard it's the best for cycling training from everyone I have met, but the price is pretty steep. There's a new low price option this year, but not sure about quality. It's on my wish list for right now! :-) I did schedule a bike fit for my road and tri bike (no more procrastination)! |
