I told Frank the other night that I've done our finances for 27 years and it's his turn now. the question is "can Kendra really give up control?" LOL |

Don't do it!!! It's addictive! I had Snickers. Not my fav though. I think my fav is peanut butter cup. Yum. anything DQ, if it start i wont stop.... that, and french fries and mac n cheese. highly emotionally-laden food. we just dont go there.... ill never come back thanks for the 'warning'

How much weight have you lost and how long did it take you? well thank ya muchly. its an amazing transformation thats for sure. an amazing journey! i lost 62 pounds total. it took me six months, i started mid-Nov and reached my goal weight mid-May..... it will be three years this MAY that i will have maintained. Some fresh brew and sushi at Sakura with friends and I am ready to turn in. I didn't get in any extra workouts today, other than swimming, but at the studio I have been hauling around, and lifting 50# buckets of sand (we use this in casting). Maybe that counts for a weight workout. I sure hope it does 'cause I was totally spent when we were done. The pine pollen is so thick right now I can write may name on the hood of my truck (multiple times, it keeps coming down) I can feel my allergies kicking in. It is supposed to rain, a lot, later this week, so that should help some. Hope every one else had a good day!
