120/150 as of this morning...80%.  I will do a long ride this weekend (for me that is 20-25!), and then sprinkle a few more 10 to 15 milers in before being done..so I anticipate exceeding my goal as well.

Hey ladies.
I'm not in the bike challenge this month but wanted to encourage you to keep on pedaling. I know you can do it...I know you can beat the guys!

I was at the airport last night and there were two guys being welcomed home. Since pannier bags were their carry ons, it was obvious they were cyclists. Family members had posters with a website address...so curious me had to check it out this morning. I found their story, purpose and photos inspiring so I thought I would share it with the gear goddesses. Check it out www.becauseyoucan.org

Keep pedaling ladies. I'm cheering you on!!!

Hey ladies, oh, I mean GODESSES here's the plan.

Thursday 20 miles, Saturday 15 miles, Sunday 40 miles...that get's me over goal.  I'll probably ride Tuesday and Thursday next week for another 30 miles total. Put's me at 122%.

Everyone is doing awesome. Keep up with all of the inspires on logs.  Let's show those boys not to mess with the power of estrogen!

Team Gear Goddess:

It appears that the men have foregone their tri-training and have opted to become MONOathletes as opposed to TRIathletes.

DO NOT forego your TRIathlete training in order to meet your goals. We all set goals based upon an incremental increase over last month's training, not based upon becoming MONOathletes.

We will win this Challenge AND retain our TRIathlete training regimen. We Goddesses are mentally tougher than our namby-pamby-ditch-all-training-except-wheels competitors.

(I put in 17 miles last night; left shoulder is burning but will try to get more miles in tonight. I have an OW swim race Saturday so I have to take care not to injure myself before my race. After the race on Saturday, I crank it up again.)

Good Morning, GODESSES!  How we doin' this morning?  My ride into work today put me at 271/250 - 108% of goal.  With my group ride this evening I'm looking at around 30 for the day, so maybe in the neighborhood of 118%.  As they are stressing over at the boners clubhouse, looks like it's going to take an extra push to cinch our victory.  Those bone bones are dumping their other workouts like rats off a sinking ship - the desparation is palpable. We should probably put them out of their misery now by pulling ahead so they can get on with their lives. YOU CAN DO IT!  Any body need a little love wrapped in butt kicking today?  I'm here for you.

Everybody is looking HOT HOT HOT - go GODESSES!

The design for the upcoming challenges enhancement will allow for multi-sport challenges. And if you read my training log, you'll see that my swim today was delayed until tomorrow, it was not forsaken.

Don't sweat it, Michael, they're just grasping at straws. If they want to think that postponing a swim is "monotraining," then we can allow them the delusion.

Would Mrs. Marmadaddy be offended if I said you look mighty fine in your avatar?
