1) I am tired

2) They just oiled and chipped our road so I had all kinds of stones in my shoes. In the beginning I tried to get them out, but I quickly realized it was a losing battle so I just went on.

3) It was hot out, but the humidity wasn't too bad, and there was a breeze.

4) We have neighbors about 1/2 a mile up the road that I do not get along with. I have known the... femalish person since I was in school. She has 4 kids to 4 different guys and spends most of her time living off of welfare. The 2 older kids have already been in trouble with the cops. I noticed the other day that they have a new dog, a pit bull. As I was running down the hill past their house last night, at the end of my run, they were outside in the yard with the dog. The femalish one grabs the dogs leash and hands it to one of the boys. As I'm going past he yells out to me "If I let him go he'd run over their and bite you in the azz." I just kept on running, but I was thinking to myself, if he did bite me, I'd be the last person he ever bit.

To make up for my sucktastic run my own pup decided to help out. As I'm doing yoga when I get home I'm in downward dog and he comes over, licks me in the face, then curls up in a ball under me and decides to take a nap. That made me smile.

This one department just does not listen at all. Then we talk in circles because they want to fix/change things that aren't even implemented yet.

Not enjoyable. Wish I could have gotten my nap in then.

After 5+ hours of work, his math assignment is done. (thank God my hubby came home from work, because the Boy and I were not getting along very well...). The teacher told me she figured it would take the kids about 30 minutes to do.

Well, I am going to leave early to meet with a contractor about my master bath.  It's either a new toilet or a complete re-do.  Not sure which yet.  Budget says just a new commode, but I've been know to say "wth, as long as you're here, lets do X too.

Your weather should be fairly similar to mine.  This morning it was the humidity that hurt the most.  You could practically cut the air with a butter knife.  Definitely wait as long as you can to go out.

Weren't you looking at someone's bike recently and thinking about buying it? How did that go?

Yeah, it was an Orbea tri-bike.  Couldn't get the fit right so I passed.  I decided I can manage with the roadie for now (just put on clip-on aero's) since I may do only 1 or 2 more tris this year.  If there are some good end of year bargains on a tri-bike, I might go that route yet.  I'm just not riding that much and don't see that changing as these weekend long runs start to get long.
