I can do the side stroke on my right side only. No free style, no breast stroke, no back stroke, no treading water, not even aqua jogging. I didn't try using a kick board but.... Yuck, just yuck. |

It didn't rain on Saturday but we had 4 inches of rain on Friday in a very short period of time. There were roads flooded that I haven't seen flooded before. We officially have the wettest year on record as well and it is only September. The weekend was pretty uneventful. I spent yesterday doing the school work I had neglected all week. |

Yesterday afternoon was pretty so I took the dogs to the park, I did a little jogging around. My knee started hurting again. Ever since I fell on it a couple of weeks ago, it will seem fine but jogging makes it swell and get sore. Next Sunday is my 10K and I have missed my last long run and a shorter one. I will try again tomorrow. |

There was a stream running down my driveway and through my yard. I called off soccer practice yesterday because I don't have enough swim fins for the entire team. Even the days it doesn't rain it is still gloomy. I don't know how the people in Seattle do it. Nice new avatar, Kendra. |
