(Yanti's ears perk up.) Hi, Yellow! Hi, Nibbs! Hi Kendra!!! What's up? Bummer about the bronchitis. That's why I never go to the doctor...that way I don't feel guilty about running through what I don't know that I don't have......kidding...well, sorta... A local corporation donated a hundred (outdated...to them) computers...he's installing operating systems (multiple license) on them and 're-donating' them to charter schools and Community Action. He's got 2 scout leaders and about 8 scouts over tonight helping with the OS intalls. Former scout leader? Edited by sparco 2008-02-07 8:28 PM |

Yup, cub scouts as a den leader, then pack leader or committee chair, then on to boy scouts where I was a committee leader (no camping for me, I like my mattress and hot showers too much). Hubby took over as a scout leader and did the camping. So, yeah I sat through a bunch of eagle project sessions. Sounds like a great project he has going with the computers. |

Heh...I was a scoutmaster down in Mankato for a year. We took those boys out camping in the winter in 10 degree weather. Wouldn't let them go unless they brought the right gear... Yeah, now I can just volunteer to come out camping for a night or 2, or leave after the campfire program and head to the local Comfort Inn...hee, hee... |

I do miss those days (sometimes), but I sure enjoy my life now too! Frank likes to say that my idea of roughing it is a Holiday Inn. |
