Didn't help, but I am sure it's my computer. I managed to get it up and I'll see if the nefarious script gets in the way with other functions. I don't have much editing to do of my goals sections anyway. I appreciate you trying to help me fix this!!!

Well, I just tried it with Mozilla Firefox, IE and Google Chrome. All worked OK for me....

I seemed to have solved the problem on my log.  I just moved the table to the top of the "short term goals" section.  No more script error.  Something in my formatting of the other text in my goals section must have confounded things.

Could you have "extra" code in there? Like, maybe you hit a color, then didn't use it.... That sort of thing.

Mac's rule...PC's drool (and freeze up for no logical reason).

Quick clarification question: do we record the number of times we've worked out each week, or the number of days?

For some folks that may be 2 different numbers.

(From the instructions on the first page: Record the NUMBER of times you work out each week on the Spreadsheet. (Not minutes, just total number of days.))

Some suggestions:

1) Did you try a different browser? (This is what Beth found worked for her.) Like Netscape or Firefox or Google Chrome?

2) Go into your Control Panel. Scroll down to "Use rich edit box when composing messages?" Set this to NO. Scroll to the bottom and hit "SUBMIT.".... Then scroll back up and click "Edit your training settings." Try deleting the code.....

Let us know what happens!
