I've had nothing but office work today, so I've had to sit on my tush all day.  Can't wait to run tonight and then do my taxes.  Yup, taxes.

i lost 62 pounds total.

it took me six months, i started mid-Nov and reached my goal weight mid-May.....

it will be three years this MAY that i will have maintained.

THATs the bigger HORRAH for sure!

losing was easy [well......]

maintaining is hard work.

My favorite is oreo cookie. 

So my day is winding down now... finally. It's been a good day. Some fresh brew and sushi at Sakura with friends and I am ready to turn in. I didn't get in any extra workouts today, other than swimming, but at the studio I have been hauling around, and lifting 50# buckets of sand (we use this in casting). Maybe that counts for a weight workout. I sure hope it does 'cause I was totally spent when we were done.

The pine pollen is so thick right now I can write may name on the hood of my truck (multiple times, it keeps coming down) I can feel my allergies kicking in. It is supposed to rain, a lot, later this week, so that should help some.
