Did an hour on the drainer and followed with a 15 minute easy run to wind down, now to go find my christmas tree and dig out the decorations.

Didn't you just do some travel and helping your mom move?  I think a day off is well earned, enjoy!

Hey team!!! Just catching up on everyone's day.  Tonight was the office holiday party which was quite pleasant.  Nice food and a full bar.  I rode with a friend because I was afraid even one drink would be too much after my long run today...worked out well.  Also  looked at a used car today which got me off to a late start for my run but I put 10 miles in before it was dark and then got a short swim in too.  Updated the spreadsheet tonight.....we're looking good!

Nice job!  I just finished my run.  It rained all day yesterday and last night, so it is gorgeous outside!  What a great day to run along the beach and breath in the clean air.  Life is good!

Good evening Vixens,

Just finished up a 30 minute bike, 30 minute run, and 20 minute ab set, and will hit the pool a little later this evening still for a swim. Still need to finish up laundry and make some butternut squash soup before I go.  Where did the weekend go!

Enjoy your evening

Nice job!

I finally got a decent run/walk in today on the treadmill.  I almost forgot what sweating that much felt like.

Where did the weekend go indeed?  I still have way too much to do on my list!

I hope everyone has a great Sunday evening or Monday, depending on when you read this!

Happy Monday guys!  Great job on first place.  Let's keep up the good work.

That being said, I do not have enough hours in the day lately!  I missed my run yesterday and don't know if I can get it all done today either.  It's that time of year when it is just nonstop go, go, go.

I'm off to do some laundry and then a 5 miler.  Hope to get on the drainer some time today.  Fingers crossed...

G'day Vixen's!

Feel like I need a weekend to recover from my weekend  Just need to make it through this week and then I'm off for the rest of the year from both jobs.  Don't have a ton of shopping to do this year and Christmas is going to be a small intimate affair, so not a lot of running around to do which suits me just fine.  I'll be getting in lot's of rides and runs while I'm off, so still confident I can meet my goals for this challenge.

Good work on staying number one!

Got my ride and run done!  House is still a mess but at least I have my priorities straight, right?   Off to shower, do more laundry, eat, and go to the dentist.

The house will just get messy again after you clean it, so really you just saved yourself from cleaning it twice!

I'm want a nap too.  No rest for the weary though.  I have to make 3 gingerbread houses for Liam's class.  I have known about this for awhile but put it off until the day before they need them.  Ugh.  Why do I do this?????  Kids will be home soon too...I need more hours in a day please!!!!
