We got another 2.25 inches of rain. There was a stream running down my driveway and through my yard. I called off soccer practice yesterday because I don't have enough swim fins for the entire team. Even the days it doesn't rain it is still gloomy. I don't know how the people in Seattle do it. Nice new avatar, Kendra. It finally cleared up here yesterday, Ann. If we had another gray day, I was going to have to crawl under a rock and moan. |

Today's weather forecast here is the same as yesterday's forecast. This is crazy! My kids school was dismissed early yesterday because they were without power, and things were starting to flood. We didn't have power either, but it came back on shortly after I got home. We could have heavy rains and thunderstorms every day through Friday. Saturday is to be better, and the high is only 58. I feel a bonfire in my future if that forecast holds true.

My knee didn't complain too much during the run, but was stiff and sore after and still today. I have acupuncture today so we will see how that does. I will do my 10k on Sunday. If my knee is bothering me too much then I will walk it. |
