I'm still stiff today and had a REALLY hard time getting going today.  However, I think I'm more worn out from the partying Sat night and drive back on Sunday   I slept for 11hrs last night.
I think tomorrow I shall start easing back into a workout regimen.
We have our club race this Saturday that I am RD for, I can't wait to be able to be stress free for a bit!!! 

I just spent some time going through the age group results and seeing some of the times that older individuals (talking like 82 yr old man and a 66 yr old flight attendant who's time kicked mine!!) anyhow, those results have inspired me to get going and work harder for Harvest Moon HIM in September.

There was some extra carp in the link that you have - hover over the link and you'll see some ASCII characters at the end and it looks like this (I masked the two "t"s because I didn't want this to appear as a link since this thread editor will automatically convert a URL to a link, and I didn't want to disable HTML):

Ummm Ive just been asked to MC our staff social 'Tour De France' challenge event tomorrow...

I should point out this isnt just a team event.. its the ENTIRE network... at lunch time... in the main atrium...

OK, radar shows a big storm to the south of me. But when I look out the window towards the south, it's sunny.

However, when I look towards the east, I see big, dark clouds.

Either the radar is a bit behind, or the earth has realigned its magnetic poles and my brainz hasn't caught up yet.

Regardless of the cause, however, I don't think I'm gonna get a swimmy in tonight. I'm hearing thunderz.
