I'm out for a ride! Here's the stats for 2012. Not bad considering that I only got off the couch in June, couldn't swim more that 25m without stopping, and hadn't ridden a bike in about 12 years.
Here's hoping I can at least double those numbers for 2013. Happy new year everyone! Lol, I was waiting for my wife to wake up and watch the little one, just got back from a quick recovery run. Greg Swim 1- Bike 1- Run 0 - Rest 0 - Total 2 Time 01:48:00 John Swim 0 - Bike 1 - Run 0 - Rest 0 - Total 1 Time 01:20:00 Derek Swim 0 - Bike 0 - Run 1 - Rest 0 - Total 1 Time 00:31:20 Cant seem to get the spacing right, can anyone fix it?

Expert 2811 | Subject: RE: Ernesto's group (5th season) - Closed Ernesto and Gang thanks for the support for 2012 I made some great gains over 2011, including more than doubling my run totals. I did my first 25k, first mari (thanks E and Chris for not letting me run it stupid) and my first HIM. Mitch and Scott: The Martian might be a go for me. The issue is going to be Spring Soccer. I'm coach my son's travel team and the oldest two girls will be playing Varsity, So most of my weekends are going to be eaten up. I would love to host the Team Ernesto for the Tawas HIM! Mitch, Mark and Matthew good job in December.

Member 48 Indianapolis, Indiana | Subject: RE: Ernesto's group (5th season) - Closed Home from family christmas, ready to hit the road again. 25ish and icy here in illinois, not too bad though. Avoided any major slips 3.5 in 33:14, don't want to overtrain out of the gate though I could do more. Building aerobic stuff incrementally, no need to go huge day 1 of this year. Sorry group formatting is being funky.

Maple Grove, MN | Subject: RE: Ernesto's group (5th season) - Closed Back from Disney on Sunday, where I didn't do a darn thing other than walk probably 7 miles each day. I need to lose about 14 pounds for Boston. Totals: 2012 totals Bike: 54h 10m 39s - 887.62 Mi Run: 251h 43m 38s - 1560.01 Mi Swim: 21h 25m 41s - 48072.58 Yd First HIM. Second and third marathons, and got my BQ (3:23:12). 2011 totals Bike: 46h 40m 50s - 581.02 Mi Run: 182h 18m 22s - 1221.6 Mi Swim: 15h 03m 54s - 46403 Yd So I increased totals for all three. Still too low on the bike and swim. Feeling very unmotivated right now. Off to Lifetime Fitness to lift weights and then run on the dreadmill. |

Member 47 Baltimore | Subject: RE: Ernesto's group (5th season) - Closed Well I'm off, was going to try and do bike, run, swim, but the swim will have to wait until tmrw. The bike was MTB road to trail, so quite slow but a good workout. Trying to keep my HR in zone 2 but pretty much impossible with my weight on hills. Same with the run, tried to keep my HR down but it was consistently in the 150s.

Veteran 204 | Subject: RE: Ernesto's group (5th season) - Closed Hey gang - I am sorry I have been MIA. I have been sick the last week and in bed most of it. I was able to get a run in this afternoon and it felt good. I have been unable to really train for the last 3 months because of injury. Then when I was released to do light training I came done with the sickness. I am hoping that starting the new year out with a run will get me off on the right foot and I can get into a groove. Looking into getting a coach also, so that should help get me on track.
