Howdy Peeps!  I did 45 minutes on the trainer today.  I'm at 52.35% for the month and we're at 60.67% as a team.  We're 61.29% of the way through the month, so just a little bit behind.

Umm I think thats mostly me! I hope to get back on the bike on the weekend... I need to work out how much time I have versus how much I need to ride... being sick last week put me behind schedule but I always bounce back!

I've been resting my legs this week... think I over did it a bit last week. I'll get on the bike tomorrow... have a swim tonight.

We'll get everything back on track soon... no worries there.

Since I havent caught up yet.... has it stopped snowing?

I'm behind, too.  Not to worry.  I'll get it done.  I always manage to somehow.

We're on track. I did a 60 min spin class which took me to 78.13% taking the team to 61.81%-just ahead of schedule.

Don't know if I'l get any riding done this weekend either as we also have a 4 day weekend and family activities will take a priority. We have a very exciting visitor this weekend(Easter Bunny).

Also next week will be an easy one for me as I have a race the following Sunday for which I have been doing alot of uncomfortable tortuous run training and I don't want to mess up by being too tired.

Keep up the good work team.

Wow the three holidays I cant imagine ever being cancelled: Good Friday, Easter Sunday and Christmas day...

Religous holiday's in the US aren't as big a deal as other holiday's... Thanksgiving, July 4th, etc are HUGE.

Which is ironic to me, but we won't get into religion/politics here

Rode my trainer this morning since it's going to be a busy day as chauffeur.  Better get in the shower to leave in 15 mins.

I took off Thursday (today) and Friday as the kids are out on Spring Break this week from school.  That's a nice four-day break from the office.  Weather looks decent too, 58 to maybe 70 and no rain.  Will get some good bike mileage in beginning today.

Roll, Peep Army, roll!

Brutal, brutal half century ride today.  Nice weather, but the hills are so intense where I rode.

I'm at 79.78% (50 miles to go) and the Peep Army rolls at 65.59%.

Really nice weather here today Blue skies, no wind +4°c The snow is gone. So for the first this year I went biking OUTSIDE I took my MTB through one of the national parks…….I probably should have thought about it a bit more as the streets there were very muddy, and I got very dirty…..In the end I was have trouble shifting gears because of all the mud But once I got back on the normal streets it help.  They when I got home I went running, now coming of the MTB is not really as easy as coming of my road bike. My legs was heavy and never really got better, I just got better at ignoring them

But for the first this year I have a green color in my graph

I am 81%

Team at 68%

Enjoy your Easter eggs

Great riding all and have a happy Easter even if you don't get a long weekend. I'm going to be a lazy bones for the next few days with family and Easter Bunnies and eating too much chocolate.

Ride on all.
