Here's my baby, thankfully i don't have to pay for riding lessons or college tuition for this one rode 1 hr today so with spin class I'm 25% of my goal!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!! comfy.. and for CHR15 hopefully attaching pics... the sour looking long haired one is my kid - we did everything together today! we didn't brick, but we did all three + a little bit of core work. He has a broken wal mart bike and did the entire bike in 3 gears total! I think he earned a new bike! Two hills then off on the flat stuff. I mentioned the radio telescope in the last set of pics. Well here it is up close. The gates were shut that early in the morning so couldn't get any closer.
Daffodils were flowering all over the lanes.
Good job I had my helmet on!
And me 60 miles after I started out. She needs a clean & so do I.

LOL seriously, the only good thing here is the extra sunlight tonight will be SO NICE!! and it makes me feel like it's finally spring!! crocuses, daffodils, tulips, oh yeah, now if it would just get a little warmer than the 37 degrees than it is now! SO all that to say, that with the lack of sleep, the whole "we just got back from out of town" excuse takes on a whole new meaning, and dh has to leave for work soon, SO SO SO!!! no workout for me on the bike today. glad i got a little ahead last week, since this week, i'll probably fall a little behind. it all comes out in the wash though. nice pics blue--love the bike--love the daffodils--love the helmet  definately KIU!! Noooo! yeah our clocks were last night. we "spring forward" so instead of getting up at 830 this morning, my clock said 930-which isn't so bad, excpet when you figure that when i get ready to put my kids to bed tonight (normally at 715) in THEIR minds it'll only be 615! it all works out eventually, but for a few days we'll all be messed up. i didn't realize that different countries did it at different times, that's odd. ooh, lynne, did you make it to the bike expo?? want to hear all about it!! |
