I don't remember seeing anything recently. Yep. My thyroid is low, so that dose got increased. I don't have an ulcer, celiac, or Crohn's disease. They think it's a stress/reflux thing. I've been taking acid blockers and that really helps. I have a lot more pain if I miss a dose. Doing a follow up in about 4 weeks. |

I did the Horribly Hilly Hundred last year (a metric century with about 6,000 feet of climbing) and that was more than enough for me. Hope you have a good ride tomorrow.  |

Ended up bringing my tri bike back to FINALLY get the cabling finished up and get the chain installed. After that, MY TRI BIKE IS FINISHED!!! Sprayed/applied weed & feed on the lawn, went with Cindy to do some shopping...I love summer hours (half day Fridays)... |

Glad to hear they ruled out those other things, and that the acid blockers are helping. I've got that thyroid thing going on, too. Have had issues with it for... um, forever. |

I wish I had the total elevation change, but holy horsefeathers, Batman, this was a tough, tough ride. My Garmin said we went 75.89 miles, but I forgot to start it and stop at at several points so who knows. My legs are so fried. I'm going to take a nice, soothing bubble bath now.
