LazyMarathoner - 2008-09-02 1:05 PM Since I'm still on restricted training with the stupid broken shoulder, I'm going to hit the elliptical and the stationary back-to-back to try to burn off some of the Wisconsin gluttony I've been indulging in. The elliptical counts toward my run goals until I'm back on the pavement, which will hopefully be Thursday!

How's the weather looking for IMOO.  Hopefully not too 'cold' or windy...

In true midwest tradition, the forecast changes daily but as of now it's supposed to be partly cloudy, low 51/high 69 and 50% chance rain. Some people are worried it will be cold. But it's 90 today and there is a cold front coming through so we'll need to wait and see. I'm crossing my fingers for good weather!

I'm stuck in the gym instead of enjoying the outdoors like a real triathlete so I figured I'd pad a little to pass the time

The way I see it, you're merely focusing on a little-known triathlete skill.  Besides, post padding is a vital part our team's goals this month.

jacsuza - 2008-09-02 1:13 PM That's because we've been proving that arts education improves test scores. You know, we can't do anything unless it helps the test. Sealed

Hmmm... teaching to the test?  yeah.  I'll wait my turn to go to battle.

D001 - 2008-08-25 8:35 PM Heh, I see that Blake was here. Sal (Sparco) will be joining your team. If he falls behind on his training, tell him he can't have any cheesecake.

I doubt you have any control in that...

Very true. Nor would I want to! But, as I said in my previous post - I'll let you explain that.

I'm trying! So much pressure, I can't take it!
LOL, you're doing just fine.

Easy solution. If we change our team name...problem solved...

Yeah, you can change your team name. I named it "Post Padding," since... well, since you have some post padders around here.

I believe that Jen (Artemis) offered to make one for the team. She's away on vacation right now. (Lucky her!) So she'll probably do it when she gets back.

I'll take one too!  (Cupcakes, not young-uns!  My two are 1st and 6th grades.  They're great, but two's enough)
Whoa--my kids are in 1st and 7th grade! And my 7th grader was a mere 7 days away from the age cut-off. She could easily have been a 6th grader this year.
