I got up at about 9:45 this morning. Hopefully that means I'm caught up on sleep. I go to the doc today to get my knee checked out.

No swimming. I wish I was still on the beach.

No swimming. I wish I was still on the beach.

I wish it was Friday afternoon. Or even the day before Thanksgiving -- I'd do all that cooking and cleaning again just to have a 4 day weekend.

Wow it took me like an hour to get through to the end of the thread!

Hi everyone...I got my first biking session of 8 in yesterday...but it felt awful! I think I was tired from being up all night the night before at work and my BS got low about halfway through....I hope that doesn't mean I am getting sick.

Nice job everyone so far!

I have never seen maggots used at our hospital but we do use leeches (sp?)

I got a cortisone shot and an appointment for an MRI.

Anyone have a cortisone shot before? How long does it usually take before it helps with the swelling? I've never had one. That was a big needle.
