Awesome!  Sorry I didn't make it.  I ended up deciding to take advantage of the fact that it wasn't storming and went for a ride around Flatwoods.

But I'm still on for a swim/spin Monday after work if I haven't scared you away yet.

Ha Ha i'll have to tell him that "Nazi Trainer"  I called him Charon (the ferryman over the river styx) last night when he was trying to kill me.  You have to feel kind of bad for him though, he is so enthusiatic that he forgets about the broken toe and tries to get me to do something crazy.  I have to rein him in and he looks like he feel so bad.

How was flatwoods?  I don't usually ride there, I ride down to the suncoast and back from my house.

He is a little psycho at times.  A few weeks ago he wrapped a resistance band around my waist and made me drag him through the gym.  When he first put the resistance band on me from behind I turned and told him "You know, men usually kiss me before they do this".  He busted up laughing and I got about 15 seconds respite to catch my breath.  Then on our last round of me draggin him I told him he had to yell out Hi - O -Silver.  He yelled it so loud the people in the tread mill looked down, it was hysterical, I barely made it to the end I was laughing so hard.
