Neal 1upped me but I rode to work and it was about 14 with 25 mph gusts at times. At one point I had to stand up to keep moving forward. Fun times Why are all the men around here NUTS???!!!???!!! Well...Bill is nuts....Neal not so much  1F is cold...but it isn't that bad  Hahaha. Oh Canada. Melindy, Wanna come to Lake Lure for a triathlon at the end of August?!? Or maybe mile or a two mile open water swim? It will be warm. I promise. It could be a little tiny warm up for IMLP. IMLP is in July. SO IMLP would be a warm up for that! Haha. It would be cool...but I am in Link block for school in August to prep for 3rd year.  Oops, I was thinking it was in Sept. My bad. But it is the END of august so you would be done with what ever Link Block is. Depends what weekend it is. Link block: doctor skills..orders, care planning, doing skills like suturing, NG tubes, IVs, etc. We have to practice on one another...haha..I don't know if I trust all of my classmates... I signed up for a 10 week program last night. We start on Feb 21st, so I will be running with this group twice a week and they are supposed to get me to the point where I can run that 5K without walking. Hubby also signed up, so we are committed. |
