mr2tony - 2007-10-24 12:52 PM Why does this day suck so much? The soybean market keeps bouncing back and forth and NOW the USDA report from earlier this month isn't congruent with, get this, itself. On page 15 it says one thing for domestic use and on page 28 it says something else. We're short-staffed because one guy is on vacation and the other guy is on perpetual vacation. And if that wasn't bad enough, my uncle (practically my father) found out he has inoperable pancreatic cancer, though they're going to try some things, but he said he'd be lucky to live another year. And my mother got rushed to the hospital yesterday because of something, yet the doctors are baffled, so she has to stay there another night at least.

Damm you, now I'm all worked up over those soybeans.

*snerk*

speaking of soybeans... my brain is turning to mush!  I have to do about 20 hours of SAP training online.  I'm only up to hour 4.

Sometimes the only word that will do is "f*ckwit* or "f*cktard". The world is full of them.

I swear a lot but not near as much as my brother.

I'm just an inarticulate godless a$$hole I guess.

I swear more often than not in person.  When I get going, yeah....  It's real bad.

I also once said f**k to my father-in-law.  That was right before I kicked him out of the house.

Spent 45 minutes trying to convince my wife to go to dinner with him and his woman friend, despite the fact that she told him repeatedly that she was uncomfortable with it for several reasons, not least of which was that he wasn't officially divorced yet from her mother.

When he started saying that she owed him this favor, because he fed and clothed her and paid for her education, I decided that was enough.

Plus, he showed up unannounced, and I was trying to watch NCIS.  Note to all: Don't interrupt Scout's tv time.

Seriously. That is something I didn't think was public knowledge.

Just got back from class.  Ugh.  I hate being a TA.  I hate rude, inconsiderate students.  I don't mind giving advice about their research projects (which are outside the scope of class), but they aren't considerate of my time.  They are demanding.  Also argumentative.  Don't ask for my advice and then tell me everything is working correctly when there is clearly a bug in your code.  If it was working fine, you wouldn't be asking for my advice!  Listen to me instead of arguing with me and you'll get a lot further.

Okay...think that's the end of my rant for now.  I need to eat lunch.  It's been like 5 hours since breakfast and I'm super crabby.

I actually have a girl in one of my anatomy classes that does the same thing to the prof. I don't think a lot of people have figured it out yet that the person who is teaching you does in fact know more than you do. When you're an undergrad chances are the guy with the phd is going to have a bit more knowledge. Drives me crazy.

Once had a guy tell me all you need is some hamburger and a river. Very interesting.

No, I'll share my beer.  At least, I'd share it with you.  Schwamm and E, too.  Probably TriAya.

Now I feel like such a beer slut....
