Champion 23360 Taser-World | Subject: RE: Team T.I.T.S. Donto - 2008-01-22 11:25 AM Well after yesterdays "bad" hangover, I finally felt normal to ride into work today! Pretty much on schedule with 66% done for 70% of the month. Lucky doggy there Yanti, LOL! Anyone hang with Gilligan at all? He's way behind and logs are private, I wonder if he got sick along the way. Speaking of sick, things are finally startingto pickup around here in the schools after winter break. It's been a great fall/winter as far as illnesses go, zero for the family in the last couple of months, but now the wife has something. Gilligan's last BT logon was this afternoon, so he's been online, at least. Maybe someone wants to PM him? Sorry to hear your wife is sick. Now, if you can keep it away from everyone else.... (It's not the stomach virus is it? Those are the WORST!) |

Okay, who will be picking up (or has picked up) their T.I.T.S. today? I am hoping for a rare run tonight. Perhaps I’ll have to do a 20-30 minute trainer warm-up first. That was the plan. As mentioned in the log, didn’t get done with house things till 9:30p and exhaustion had set in from the previous night of interrupted sleep. So, not T.I.T.S. and no run. Of course with the being windy and below ZERO I would have scrapped the run anyway.
Tonight plan is the kids in bed by 7:30p, some yoga and T.I.T.S. before RIOW really gets started.

Has anyone from him? If not - does anyone know long it's been since he last updated his training log? (I see he has a few hours logged, but I don't know when he entered that info. I'm trying to get a feel for whether he's been updating his log throughout the month, or if he disappeared early on.) Also, can some of you leave inspires for him, or maybe PM him? Maybe he's new to the Challenges, and could use some guidance? One of the things that I love about the Challenges is how everyone encourages their teammates to achieve their goals. Maybe Gilligan could use some support, especially if he's new to training or BT. Anyway, thanks for telling me about his AWOC status. Let me know if you manage to contact him. (Or if you don't.) Thanks! Dee Edited by D001 2008-01-23 6:46 PM |

He hasn't been logging any training for awhile except once on the 18th based on the pink squares. He could have been ill but who knows, there's a yellow square on the 10th then nothign for awhile. But he's been online, and updated his log a few days ago.... Let's give him a few days. Hopefully, he still wants to participate in the challenge. I watched the "Farce of the Penguins" It was funny but not for Kids. The language and the sexual stuff is really adult. But it was pretty good. then a Tour De France Stage and I was done. My Coach is great when I have these long rides, she breaks it up into some drills and intervals, so that I don't have to just sit there and pedal with no focus. I hope all you had good rides and have a great week. Chris |
