Keeping you in my thoughts ... IMMT is along ways away, do your training with what you have right now assuming that is how you will race it.  The training will help keep you sane as you guys figure this out. 

IMMT is so far off and you have alot of time before you have to make a decision.

It's still early...don't discount IMMT yet.

One of my friends was working for a local tri shop and was going to approach the Welsch girls about sponsorship, but wanted to make sure it wasn't a toxic child star type situation.  Well it is.  They ran a half marathon here locally a few weeks back and one of the girls was reportedly crying due to her father berating her about her performance while still on course.  All I know is I thought I had a Dad that pushed a bit much when I was a kid, but he has nothing on this dad.

This.  It's not embarrassing at all.  I love these videos.  They get me so excited for IM.  

2 different situations (HBO story v. these girls), but both are sad to me.  I have to wonder how this running will affect these children later in life.  I know the one dad says the girls see doctors regularly, but it can't be good for their growing bodies.  I wouldn't allow my 8 and 10 year olds to run a marathon, but that's just me.

Woke up this morning to 9 or 10 inches of new snow and its supposed to be in the 60s this weekend.

So much strange weather.  Glad I don't have to worry about running this week.

Very cool to make the cut on the video Kelly.  And you look very calm and happy.  I'd be sharing that with everyone.  I'm sure I'd never make the cut because I pretty much always look like death - but you look really good.
