Comet is on fire! You better smoke your kid's team. I never let the kids win. I block every shot they take in driveway basketball too. I know that the day will come when they will kick my butt, but not without a fight

we're not going to let them win. theyre just that good. and an old fat slow challenged person such as myself has no chance. sailing?

well the soccer game was great fun. no rules and LOTS of cheating on both sides, mostly the parents. the whole teamwas on the field, and god knows how many parents. there must have been 40 people on that field, its amazing the ball would even move.

my daughter didnt want to play againts me, hmm wonder why. each time i would move to her side of the field she would be sure to move to the other. must have something to with last years game when i picked her up and ran with her down the field.

had to leave the game early cause of the darn job. that job keeps getting in the way. anyway when we left the parents were winning 2-1. i thinkwe out numbered them by quite a bit. it was gobs o fun.

out of the 20 or so parents playing i think only three of us werent glued to to ground. i did lots of running, its wierd cause during my jog my knee was hurting but while i was playing no pain at all and i was really running hard. see ya,
rob

Congrats on the soccer game, that must have been fun!

I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend.  I know lots of you have already completed their miles, congrats!  Based on my schedule, I should complete mine on Monday.  I know our time as a team is almost over, so just wanted to say thanks to all.  I have done so much more this month that I normally would have because of this challenge.  Thanks for being a great team so far this month!

I had fun too - well until the plague hit. I like the challenges too. Keeps me on track. There's a Create Your Own challenge for November. They haven't formed teams yet so jump in if you want - I had to do something to keep the pumpkin pie off my thighs.

If anyone needs another 4.5 miles, you can have them, otherwise up my 50 to 54.5.  I'll be up Nort' (near MN) for 2 of my nieces' 1st communion and won't be able to do anything with the travel.

Definitely going to be in the November Challenge... I like the motivation, and the committment it makes me drive to my run!

Thanks everyone for letting me join in late, this has been awesome!

My numbers are right as well.  It has been hard to get to run this week, but I only have 5.5 miles to go.  I will do that with 2 3-mile runs either today and Tuesday or Mon and Wednesday.  Don't worry team, I won't let you down!

Put up 4.5 today, I have 1 mile left to reach my goal and will get that done tomorrow.  Sorry was so slack last week, but was trying to let my leg heal.  It feels much better, but not 100%, but that's ok.  Hope everyone had a fabulous weekend.
