Trainer miles at least count as miles... you wouldnt catch me riding in snow and ice... I guess that makes me a marshmellow... (or a Peep)

Thats what I was going to count... same rules as usual... time or distance goal...

Any type of bike you like (not pedal boats but unicycle would be ok!)

Sure.  I need to start working on that.  I might be annoying and do time rather than distance since I'll be riding the trainer some.

Now what does cycling have to do with Peeps? This is going to be a stretch to workout... especially team names...

Rampaging Bunnies?

Carniverous Caterpillars?

Chomping Chicks?

Just go buy a Trek 1000 or similar bike. Its a good idea to have a spare anyway.

I signed up for the Land Park Criterium last night. I'm racing 45+ Masters on March 15th. Then Shamrockn 5K the next day. I'm NUTS.

How long is your crit? Sounds like you are doin a tri, just split up on different days minus the swim. Not nuts. You get a few hours rest between sports. Just keep the rubber side down during the crit

barqhead - 2008-02-21 1:18 PM 45 miles in the real feel of 37 degrees with a steady 10 mph wind and light drizzle for the last 7 miles. I think my feet are still attached to my pedals. I feel like I'm walking around on nubs. Put a fork in me, I'm done! Off for a piping hot shower before the kiddos get home! TTYL!

Oh Pam, that one HAD to hurt.  It rates pretty high on the suckometer in my book.  Great job hanging in there!

We have dresses!!!!!!!! Ordered dresses from the shop today in the blasted cornflower blue.  They said the dresses will arive in late May and we'll have plenty of time for alterations.  Ordered a hair on the big side in case a growth spurt hits the girls between now and the wedding.
