Thats what I was going to count... same rules as usual... time or distance goal... Any type of bike you like (not pedal boats but unicycle would be ok!) |

Its a good idea to have a spare anyway. I signed up for the Land Park Criterium last night. I'm racing 45+ Masters on March 15th. Then Shamrockn 5K the next day. I'm NUTS. How long is your crit? Sounds like you are doin a tri, just split up on different days minus the swim. Not nuts. You get a few hours rest between sports. I think my feet are still attached to my pedals. I feel like I'm walking around on nubs. Put a fork in me, I'm done! Off for a piping hot shower before the kiddos get home! TTYL! Oh Pam, that one HAD to hurt. It rates pretty high on the suckometer in my book. Great job hanging in there! |
