I'm making ham, mashed potatoes, broccoli and cauliflower with cheese sauce, green beans, fruit salad, rolls. Did I miss anything important? Someone is bring dessert so I don't have to make that.

Everyone must be having a busy weekend -- no postings in over 12 hours!!

I rode outside, temp was 39F, but sunny.  It was forecasted to be snow/rain, but maybe that's still coming.  It was a nice short ride w/ hubby and friends and now I'm ready for a nap   Happy Easter Weekend all! 

Speaking of dinner, I'll bring the wine!

Good mtn bike practice today.  2 laps @ 16.30 miles (1:47:48 timewise).  I'm at 86.3% and THE Army rolls at 72.5%.  Ran 3.5 miles a few hours later.  It's been an intense week as far as workouts and I'm bushed.  Major rest day tomorrow!

The Peep Army cannot be stopped!

Last hard day before taper begins tomorrow. Did 40 miles at Moderate Effort on the bike this morning and 12 miles @ GA Pace with the last 6 @ Half Marathon Pace as measured by HRM. (90%-93% of Max)

Now at: 535.8/600 - 89.30%

Train Well Pfreaky Peeps

Hay Peeps! Hope you're all enjoying your easter long weekend!

Put in 65km on Easter Sunday. Almost 3 hours in the saddle... over one hour in the aerobars along the flats of the Port of Brisbane... I'll definatley go riding there again!

I'm now at 88% and have only 33.9km to go! YAY! THAT will be done this week. If I ride every day... that's 36km. PLUS I have the women's ride on Saturday next week! A WOOHOO!

We're at 76%!  GOOOOOO PEEEEPS!!! 

Rest day today.  Had an uncheduled bike ride arise when our kids joined some neighborhood kids chasing the ice cream man through the neighborhood.  Spouse said, "You think our 6 year old will be able to find his way back if he gets separated from the group, don't you?"

Off I go on a mtn bike looking for them.  A mile and a half later, there was the group all eating ice cream walking back towards the house. 

Ummm so I hope no one has seen m logs recently... you have my word that this week I will be riding Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and then MOnday.... if I need an extra ride to make up the time then I will squeeze one in Sunday I guess!

Never fear Im yet to not finish a challenge... although I seem to always cut it pretty fine! 

haha I think the ice ceram truck is a pretty good incentive for a ride!  

Do you go a bit nutty in taper? Will you need anything to keep you calm? 

I got in an hour on the trainer yesterday after everyone left.  I'm at 74.22% and the team is at 78.78%.

Hope everyone had a great easter and a good weekend.  We're down to the home stretch of the challenge!!  Let's finish strong.   

I just logged my "drainer" time.  High cadence spin.  I'm at 94.35 and THE ARMY is at 80.97.

Did a quick 15 on the trainer tonight and have an other 10 planned for tomorrow after work.

50 minutes done! Im back in action! No idea where that leaves me (Its too late for me to think spreadsheets ) but behind is all I need to know!

Next ride on Thursday... lets hope I start to catch up to all of you on percentages!

I hope you all had a good Easter I managed to get in a couple of ride over Easter so I am now at 96%

Just had a look at the spreadsheet and we are looking good as most are ahead of schedule but we can not win if not everybody make it to the magi 100%.

So go and inspire the few that needs to get over there sunbathing conference and get back on the bike

Cat, I added it in for you.  Right now, you're at 51.04% and the team is at 83.70%.  Glad to see you're riding again.  

Hmmm referring to anyone in particular? Its not the conference that got me behind it was the flu the week before!
