Here is the updated spreadsheet for last week.(July 20-27)

Robb (ball6315) took over the lead in a commanding fashion so the rest of us are going to have to kick it up a few gears.

MM - yours is not accurate yet since I do not have that weeks totals but I can add it at anytime.

Happy Weekend everyone!!

My totals for the week are pretty pitiful.  Swim 2150 yds and bike 22 miles.  No change in the weight department.  I'm hoping for really big numbers this week.  My husband is out of town, so I can ride the trainer most nights and eat very light in the evenings.

Not as good of a week with 24-9 this weekend...

Swim - 1:47 / 3100 yds

Bike - 12:43 / 117.73 miles

Run - 0:25 / 3.0 miles

can you tell that mountain biking took up a bit of time this week?  BTW... the winner of that even went over 310 miles on a mountain bike in 24 hours!!!!  CRAZY!!!

Weight 227.2

Inspires... a bit better - 2

Last race for a LONG time for me this weekend (Turtleman).  Next week starts in hard with full on HIM training in prep for 11/9... Silverman 1/2.   Stretch goal of finishing under 6:30 for that one.  So a bit of taper this week and then right back at it.   Fun thing this week is one of our local "group" here took the dive and picked up a new QR!!!!  Although 90% of my training is solo, those occasional group swims and rides are a nice change...

I was able to swim yesterday for the first time in about a week. I did pretty good. My running is getting better but it just rained so it was a little cooler yesterday.

Today I have another swim planned and another run planned.

Have a great day everyone!

I promised my kids a trip to McDonalds tonight.

But tomorrow I can't wait to see Michael Phelps in the afternoon.

The women's tri will be on at primetime. I can't wait until next weekend for that either!

Go USA!!

Where in this world do you live that it is still cold enough for a wetsuit???  Just wondering   Our season here in Arkansas is from about May til October, so I never really HAD to have one.    There are probably a ton of threads on here about the subject.

I am no expert but from reading other threads the consenus is the wetsuit should be tight. You need to swim in it a couple of times to get the feel of it.

I have to buy one to for my next tri in October. They are recommended. I will probably buy one that is sleeveless since I won't need one for most races.

You probably need to practice getting in and out of one before your race, so you can see how T1 will go.

BT offers discounts on several online stores.

Take a good look at DeSoto... T1 First Wave is a great suit!  PM me for more info if you like, I switched this year and it is an amazing difference!

Hello all,

Watching Track and Field now...sprints! Ah...if I could only sprint these days! I had an okay week of workouts...my legs are tired so I am not sure if I'm going to do my brick Saturday or Sunday.

I have one more week of hard workouts and then will really taper. I have 2 Sprints in two weeks. I know I don't need to taper a ton, but I know I'm way better if I have lots of rest!

What does everyone else have planned for the weekend?
