That's awesome.  I am not that motivated to get a workout in first thing in the morning.

Today is a short day since it is the unit's 59th anniversity, and I start vacation time tomorrow so that I will have some time to relace after the Marathon.  So today is kinda my friday.

Your unit is 59?  Your legs don't look older than early 30s.

Your race is this weekend?  Good luck.

Depending on weather, tummy, and whatever else, I'm shooting for about 6 miles tonight, of course, in Z2.

GOOD MORNING TEAM!

Planning on doing an upper and lower body toning class at the local Y. Yesterday both knees starting hurting at some point during my spinning class and my toes camped up like crazy during swimming. No pains today, but I decided to only do the toning class and then go booty shaking (Salsa dancing) after that

Good morning. Another crazy day at work, I started at 8:30 (ridiculous for me, I usually start at 10:30) and worked late/stayed out late last night so I will run tonight. I'm planning 5-7 depending on the foot and ITB, another 5 tomorrow, just 2-3 Saturday and then 20 on Sunday, which should have me somewhat caught up. I hope I don't fall apart in the meantime.

If my body doesn't cooperate, I'll do some of my miles on the elliptical.

How did your toes pitch a tent and start a fire in the water?

I don't even know what to say about that...

But WTG on your workout plan... Just make sure that you don't overdo it... Elliptical sounds good.

Hey, don't pick on me I'm a freelancer so my hours are unusual and I work until 8 or later most nights so a late start is preferred by my client to control my hours, and preferred by me so I can train. It's odd, but it works really well for the most part.

I just scheduled my bike fitting! Yay!!! About 4 days after my crash, so 9 weeks ago, I bought a Cervelo P2C and I haven't even laid eyes on it yet due to my injury. But the doc and PT said I'm ready so I'm taking my new baby home next Wednesday. I could not be more excited and I can't believe that bike will finally be mine!

I can't kick you out of the office, but I can probably kick you in the azz if you want.  But then again, you'd kick me in the nads.  Paybacks are a beeyotch.
