Hola everyone! Are we all ready to start tomorrow? What do you plan on doing?

 

Me - easy run with the neighbor and maybe my oldest son.

I plan on WINNING this thing. All else is just "details." Actually, I'm not sure yet. It depends on what happens with the weather. But, in the end, I'll have a peachy box on my training calendar.

Just checking with our team to make sure everyone has a plan (for at least tomorrow) in place.

Remember, peeps, one peach at a time. And we start tomorrow - only 28 days in Feb.

If I'm feeling better I'll try my planned workout.  If not, I'll do PT exercises.
