I am unable to get into the spreadsheet. I can't figure it out.

Go here:
http://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=rEvMt4yVXDfMW13wGX6jXVQ

You will need to enter the following information:
email address: [email protected]
password: challengeforum

If you can't access the spreadsheet:
Scroll to the bottom, and look at the bottom right corner. If it says, "edit this page," click that link and enter the email address and password above.

If you are already logged into Google with your personal account, you'll need to log out. Then log back in using the above email address and password.

If that doesn't work, try this link instead:
https://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=rEvMt4yVXDfMW13wGX6jXVQ

If none of this works.... well, come back here and tell us.

Whoooohoooo!! Week two!

I had intentions of running tonight - but I fell off my bike yesterday (caught a curb) and I think I might do a swim instead.  I hit my shin pretty hard and it was pretty swollen (and I had stress fractures once - so I get a little nervy about my shins).

I probably won't run until Wednesday.  What does everyone have on the plan today?

Good morning group - I completed my first HIM (Mooseman) yesterday.  Not quite as fast as I wanted but I did it.  It was a tough course - lots of hills.  One the bright side I added 144 min. to my run challenge.  This will be a light run week then things will pick back up.

Woo, Team Trifecta is awesome!! Congrats to everyone on the PRs and awesome weekend racing. I'm sure once Stacie gets back and updates her times onto the spreadsheet, we will be kicking Taser butt.

I slept in today and it felt really good. Contemplating making this my very first zero activity day since I started logging at the beginning of April. More likely that I will get on my bike tonight though (if the rain stays away) and if I'm feeling really good, I'll even make it a brick!

Congrats on finishing - way ahead of what I am capable of.  Plus, I would be thrilled with a 244 min stand alone 1/2 mary, much less in a 1/2 ironman!

You deserve an easy week.

trysprintolympic - 2009-06-04 7:43 PM I biked today, will probably not run again until Saturday since I want to swim tomorrow. It's hard to train with very young kids! But have no fear, I will make my goal for sure.

Big congratulations to Stacie, who passed her big certification test!! Routers what?! Tongue out

Thanks Jenna - I feel great for passing it. I was gone on a girls weekend all weekend and we did a ton of walking but not much running. I had planned that into my goal so it looks like I am behind but I am not. I will get to goal. Don't worry team - 2 miles on the agenda today.

Stacie

No run for me today... had a great swim though. Probably will not run again until Wednesday and then no more running until the half on Saturday. Probably will just swim and maybe some walks for to keep me going.

Congrats to everyone racing this past weekend!

No runs for me today either. Had my long run yesterday. Temperature hovered around 40F with constant lite drizzle. But, to be honest, I prefer that over the 85F of last week. 40 down 130 to go.
