I was kind of hoping for someone that I did not swim with. Haha. Oh well. At least I feel his judgement will be more motivating than the last guy...its like I have something to prove...almost...CAN NOT SLACK OFF... Look at it this way. YOU are going to be a DOCTOR, he is just a coach.  Is there anything else to prove except to yourself? And besides, while you are in the water swimming, you actually can't hear him, right? So just stay in the water and keep swimming. |

You will start things and not get them finished. Then the rest of the week when you should be resting you will either be stressing out about what you didn't get done, or you will go do it. You should spend the day doing peaceful, relaxing things, so you are in a positive frame of mind for tomorrow. TA DA! |

I think because it is sooooo intense, people tire out of it quickly and then just quit it. He got the discs from someone else, so luckily it cost us nothing. I agree, if you are going to buy, go find a deal from someone who is now getting rid of it. Or better yet, just try Robins. |

The only time I use it is in the winter swimming. |
