Well, I had a combined breakfast/lunch, but it was an apple with a slice of Edam cheese. Dinner was broth-based soup with Cream of Wheat dumplings. The dumplings sucked; as crazy and gone as my Alzheimer's mom is, and as much of a fiasco as it is trying to cook with her, they just DO NOT turn out right without her being there. Had a five-hour nap after a ten-minute run, so not sure what late-night snack or meal will be. I did have 100g of chocolate pudding (about 3oz) which was delicious. |

This is seriously bringing tears to my eyes. I believe in narcotics for children starting on braces and any major changes thereafter. *shudder* Dear Lord, my prayers are with her. I had all kinds of horrible orthodontic devices/braces for five years, and it was hell, but then I look at my brother's teeth and I am immensely, tremendously grateful. |

Spinach salad w/ homemade basil garlic dressing - and a slice of leftover pizza. After the pesto sauce you posted, I'm inclined to think any homemade dressing by you has got to be awesome. And I am all of a sudden incredibly hungry for a giant salad ... it's been thin on veggies around here since I've been on a restricted diet for so long. Edited by TriAya 2011-12-12 12:15 PM |

Alpharetta, Georgia | Subject: RE: TAN #156 - No TANtrums in here! It's not bad! Really just olive oil, cider vinegar, minced garlic, minced basil, and salt/pepper. I might squeeze some lemon juice in there if it gets boring. Last week I had some salads from our work salad bar - they only carry commercial-type dressings and I really think something is in them that irritates my stomach (maybe gluten??). I think I'm doing great by eating salads, but then my stomach gets all funky. Hence the homemade dressing kick Edited by lisac957 2011-12-12 12:20 PM |

When I have someone else with me, I love it, but I just don't put the effort in when it's just for me. I know I can stomach any crap that I can put on the table.
