Anyone have experience with both and/or compared them to crossfit? DLB, I am very interested in P90X because of the diet and I always used dumbbells (never heavy barbells) and body resistance (pushups, pullups, etc) when weight training. I am also interested in the stretching because I think that is how I got this recent injury. With our triathlon training doing all the running, swimming and biking do we have enough time to do P90X? My schedule already has two workouts a day that only has three weight workouts a week and I don't think I have another 3 sessions a week to do this. Are you just thinking on adding the ab workout to your usual weight program? I think I still may buy the program because I may learn a lot from it and do some type of modified version during my weight training sessions. Any thoughts? |
