Subject: RE: kaburns1214 Mentor Group 2012 Part 2 - CLOSEDUnfortunately I had to dig my swim band out of a box this morning and dust it off. 20 x 50 all out with that thing. Brutal. There are times when I feel like I'm pulling so hard but my body is barely moving. Then to make it all a little more fun, I did 10 x 100 pull buoy all out (with a tired, sore upper body). I am really not fast at all with that pull buoy. Makes me wonder if I rely on my legs too much when I swim. I have to squeeze in a ride later today, but I'm not sure when that's going to happen. Swim + bike is a rough combo to fit in the day. 10 of Madge's friends are coming over on Saturday for her 6th birthday.
