For all the things Tivo is good for, letting my hubby record crappy movies is NOT one of them. In the good old days, when we had to pay to rent movies, we saw much less junk. That is my rant for the day. I feel so much better now. I've considered bending some paper clips into little aerobars for my fingers so I'm more efficient while I type. |

Unfortunately, this has been happening for a few months any time I run longer than 3 miles. It just keeps getting worse. I'm so annoyed. Plus, my husband said if I don't go to the doctor tomorrow, he's making me go to urgent care or the emergency room. |

I was talking to a friend who is a nurse anesthetist yesterday and she suggested it might be a hernia. And that's about the amount of time it takes for it to get aggravated.
