Champion ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ![]() I had my last two cross races this weekend. I'm sad that cross season is over...cross is crazy hard but a blast. Today I raced in an open race of women so highly ranked women against me. I did go into bushes 3x, into a tree once, back tire skidded out once but I stayed upright, once my bike didn't stay upright but I landed on my feet. I'm really tired as cross racing is like doing a 5K for 40 minutes type effort. I got my new training plan from my new coach today..interesting trainer rides this upcoming week. |

And Kathy, the cyclocross is a good way to balance out your season and keep you from getting stale by doing the same routine over and over. Congrats on having fun along the way!

I was gone overnight Friday and it snowed here Saturday night. We don't do snow well--rain, yes; snow, no. It'll be good to get back to a regular schedule. |

I'm exactly the same as last week. I'm not really surprised after a weekend of Christmas partying, Mom's pancakes for breakfast, and McDonalds in the car on the way home yesterday. I'm just glad I didn't put on any pounds. Good luck to everyone else. Next week those bonus points are mine! |

LOL...I haven't weighed myself yet since there's no scale in the hotel, but I don't expect to see anything either. Not after last week's big loss. Well here are the totals through yesterday...we'll see who is able to add any significant weight loss bonus points this week!
