Absolutely fantastic. If I have a slow run tomorrow I know what to blame  So, did you lose 1.75 lbs this morning? LOL! Funny story here. Without going into too much detail, my apartment lost power for 3 hours this morning. There are no windows in my bathroom. I don't own a flashlight. |

Well, it stopped raining for the time being, and I already committed to helping out with b-ball. After b-ball tonight, I'll head over to Dick's Sporting Goods and look for a wet-weather suit for tomorrow's makeup run. Good to know you have a chance to make it up! Still sucks with the rain though. |

I did the first 20 miles on the trainer and the second 20 outside, we have beautiful weather here today. The run was great. No complaints! I went straight to brunch in my workout gear and sat outside, ahhh. I ate a massive meal and am already hungry! |
