Spinning cycles are great for single leg spins... *** Friday afternoon toppage *** Good training. I haven't been on a spin cycle too many times..they are almost as boring as a treadmill. I think the key is to have a pre determined "set" that you are working on - that and bring your own music... Today I did 10' WU, 10xsets of at least 100 rpm spins with each leg (1' per leg per set), 1' recovery, and then a four high resistance out of the saddle efforts for 30" on and 30" off. Finished up with a 5' cool down... Actually was not boring... I've found that good gym scenery helps as well. Sometimes I miss daily strength training at Gold's here in Vegas. |
