Subject: RE: The Ghoulies are taking off the pounds in February!!!This is the usual ratio suggeted: 40-50% Carbs, 25-35% protein, 20-30% fat. Under 2500 mg of sodium and over 25 grams of fiber. My carbs are largely from veggies and whole grains so I don't worry too much about them. Protein is difficult because being a veggie, many forms of protein have more fat in them (cheese for example ). That is unless I do fish or eggs (I use mostly eggwhites ). |
