NOW THERES A FANTABULOUS IDEA!!!!!!!

forget about the dishes.....LETS DANCE and watch movies and eat junk food and laugh til we have margaritas coming out of our noses.  

in fact, plan to stay the WHOLE WEEK.

i have a 100% KID FREE WEEKEND this weekend.

the boys are off to FISHING CAMP!

Got a little run/ walk in and the back didn't cry too much. I was going to bail then I thought of my Hippo-b-gone program and did it.

Going to a  new place in A'ville on the river tonight with some good friends. That is a nice end for a Monday!

MORNING GHOULIES.

sick kids suck.  not the kids themselves, just the sickness sucks!

Carson was still sick by the end of the weekend.  took him to the drs yesturday.  

STREP! bugger.

he's home today - drs orders - until he's had 24 hours of antibiotics.

fortunately today is much more flexible than the 2 days last week.  so im not scrambling to have things covered here at home.

i will probably miss my work out.  BAH.  though im trying to figure out if theres a way to get one in, maybe, possibly.

missing three days in a row last week had me feeling CRAPTASTIC.  not cuz i missed out on the training, but i missed out on the one thing that DESTRESSES me.

so fingers crossed i can get something in even if its a mini workout.

WOOSH.  that's a relief.

talked to the Doctors office this morning.

the type of Strep that Carson has is not the type that does damage to hearts.

so Mitchell is in the clear....UNTIL he would present w symptoms.

they arent gonna do anything prophylactically for him.

if he comes down with Strep then he needs trmnt asap, but until then he's OK.

Good morning Ghoulies!

I did get some sleep last night, about 6 hours of tossing and turning.
