ceilidh - 2011-05-18 9:06 AM I cannot wake up this morning. I am trying to wrap my mind around a closure plan and it just wants to yawn and crawl into a dark quiet spot and nap!

It's dark and quiet under my desk. I have my heater running, too, so you'll be warm. I'll wake you at the end of the day.

I noticed when I got home last night, hubby had turned the heater on.  Wow, last week air conditioning and now back to the heater.  Those are some major temp changes.

Last night I saw the musical "Hair".  It was fun.  I remember growing up with the music, but had never seen the show before.  Actually has a really sad ending and yes they did do the nude scene, but the stage is so dimmed they could have been in bodysuits for all we could tell.  And I was in row G.

Got up today thinking I had a hair appointment that I needed to squeeze in before going to the branch early to run a branch meeting.  Looked and realized I had moved my hair to next week.  Now I'm sitting here all dressed up and no place to go.  Not going to clean the house since I'm dressed for work.  LOL

Branch meeting will be short today.  We are using part of the time to decorate the branch for the summer reading program, of which we can start taking names come Saturday.  8 more days of school and then freedom from the afterschool crowd.

Morning Kendra.

I remember seeing that play when it first came out. There was a big hubabaloo because I was so young. My mom is sorta prudish so I am surprised she took me. We went to lots of plays and the like when I was a kid, everything was in except scary stuff.

Wow, you would have been young.  The play first came out in 1967.  I did see a couple of young (7-10 year olds) kids in the audience last night and it kind of surprised me.  I mean the "sexual" gestures and actions were happening constantly.  Not really something I'd want to share with a young one and then have to explain to them later.  And I hope they did get explanations.

Wow Melindy, that's awesome!

I am just popping in to say that I MISS YOU GUYS!!!!

Life is just going about it's work of messing up my plans to spend time here.  I have a tri Saturday morning, and I am sooo not ready. Again. I swore that wouldn't happenthis year, and I was doing pretty well up until about 2 or 3 weeks ago. Grr. My FIL is down here form Idaho to have an ablation proceure done on his heart today. So as soon as I get the girlie off to school, and get myself cleaned up and presentable, i'll join hubby and SIL at the hospital. We started out our day a few hours behind...good thing the boy's teacher called to see if he was comng to school or not!

I'm out of here!

My son is supposed to have a soccer game tonight, but it has rained hard all day and we are in a flood warning and a severe thunderstorm watch. We'll see what happens. The game is kind of important, because it is to help determine the seeding for the end of season tournament, but IMHO no game is that important that you need to have 10 and 11 year old kids out playing in bad weather.

Later Ghouls!

All I got in today was some hula hooping while I was on the phone. I must plan my days better!

I am off for a shower in a few then another "save the world" meeting. At least it is here and the house is still fairly clean from the last party.

Talk to you later Ghouligans.
