Well I made my leg press weight goal last night surrounded by a circle of teenage boys. It was a bit odd.. what was the weight?? 1000 lbs. I only got 5 reps out of it though. And no Godzilla does not let me cheat and do the short reps it's all the way down till my knees are at my bewbs. My legs are a little stiff this morning... love it love it! in my bb days i would routinely press 950. i personally hate the leg press machine and only use it for quad or calf isolation work now. |

Godzilla made me do drop sets afterwards so I made him sit on the carriage for the last set. I got asked about maybe doing some power lifting after I finished my set. I am thinking about it but I really don't know what it entails. I like the leg press over squats only because I can protect my knees better on the leg press machine and because the bar across my shoulders hurts when I do any kind of weight. |

That lift started a 2 hour legs workout plus a half hour of cardio, so the legs are a little dead this morning. How is Chi town treating you. One of my favorite museums is there; the Museum of Science and Industry.
