Pactimo sent me the final designs, and I approved them.  They all included the Red, White and Brew logo, which was missing, and had the correct saying/type face on the back of everything.  We are now ready to order.  I have asked our account manager to tell me how much our art prep and set up fees come to so we can subtract that from the $900 and then split what remains between all those who want to order.  So stand by for that number.  If you KNOW what you want to order regardless of how much we will each get, then PM me with your order.  If you need to wait, then wait until you see me post the $$ figure each of us will get to apply toward our purchase.  I am posting here the sizes we all decided on after the fitting.  If you did not get a chance to try on the Fit Kit, then look for someone on the list with a similar body size as you, and go with that.  Rememer...the fits were wacky, so don't go with what you"think" you wear.   Also the checks will be made out to me, but we will need to find out your total cost minus the sponsorship money first. Unless you want to give me a blank check, which I would be more than happy to accept! :-)

Sorry Rachel!  As soon as I posted that I thought "I feel like I am forgetting someone!!!"  I have you added to MY excel spreadsheet!!!  One thing though.....I am in NO way saying you need a bigger top....and I really cannot even remember if you are more Paulette's size or Sally's size, but Paulette likes things tight, and these shirts run REALLY small.  I would just hate for you to buy one and have it be too small to wear, but again it is up to you.  Just warning you because they were insanely small.  Maybe the other ladies can chime in, but I just want you to be happy with your purchase.

Ok...here's the dealio peeps....

Right now we have approx 22 people who want to order something.  Here are the numbers as they stand right now.  I would like to propose that we need to know WHO is ordering SOMETHING by Thursday, April 3, so we can get a final count, and then get our order in by Monday April 7.

I didnt buy any new bike clothes, waiting for the ESCKTC jersey, and the tri club here in Estrella is getting them made too. I didnt even know there would be a discount, so I'd like to pay full price. Thx Astrid!
